I've discovered a slack and a disconnected tie-down band on the fresh water tank of my 2017 Scamp 16 standard. It looks like I just need to remove the screws into the wooden side rails, release the gas detector's power lines, and lift dinette seat to get access to tank. The free band has a screw that looks like it pulled out of the floor. If I thru-bolt the bands, do I need to add more screws through the floor into the frame for strength? Am I imagining all this correctly? Any suggestions are appreciated.
