I can find all sorts of places that tell me not to run two sources of power at the same time for the Dometic fridge (such as A/C & D/C), but nothing about exactly what cam happen if I run them together. Does anyone know what would happen if I were to run both propane and D/C at the same time?

Dometic 3-way refrigerator
The absorption type refrigerators require a specific amount of heat in the boiler section to work properly. Too little and poor cooling but too much and damage can/will occur from overheating in the boiler section and the corrosion inhibiting chemical inside can crystalize and clog the tubing causing damage that can not be repaired. Another cause of this is running with the fridge out of level. They are an amazing thing but need to be treated carefully. Level is absolutely necessary unless traveling which will tolerate some non level periods . Read and follow the manual. Only One heat source at a time
