So the Scamp 13 has been sitting idle for a couple of months. The battery wore down so I put a trickle charger on it. Now, the interior lights and pumps work. But when I switch to DC to cool down the refrigerator before tomorrow's first outing in awhile, the ceiling fan starts running and is unresponsive to off/on and the lights flicker. Not sure what's going on. Any thoughts?

DC/Battery Weirdness
Sounds like the battery is not fully charged did you check the voltage? A trickle charger is not meant to charge dead batteries, only maintain charged batteries. Refrigerators are energy hogs, better to plug in or use gas. Plug it in for the night and let the converter charge the battery and run the refrigerator. You can get volt meters from Harborfreight for about $6.
Got a new battery. Works fine again.
