If I read this right, you're picking up a new Scamp 13 in Backus soon, and then need this info to get back over the border to CA with your new Scamp?

I'm sure Scamp imports from time to time with Canadian buyers and would probably be the first place to ask if they know what you need.

I have gone the other way when we picked up our Escape Trailer, but they do all the import work into the US and meet you in Sumas, WA so not much help on importing into CA for you. I would call your border offices and ask what forms and fees you'll need to have to import the trailer into Canada. My understanding is it isn't difficult although Canada does require some certification label on trailers which is a bit of a foggy area.

Here are a couple of sites with info, but a bit dated:

https://ca.outdoorsy.com/neveridle/import-rv-trailer-canada

Heres Oliver info a Molded Fiberglass mfgr and Scamp should have something similar:

Probably the best source RIV:

The bigger concern is whether the border will be open. When is your pickup?
