Bed bugs!

I'm not 100% certain, but I suspect I have bed bugs in my 13' Scamp. :(  I'm camped in southern VA, and yes, there are mosquitos around in the campground, but I'm getting a lot of bites on my torso at night, and very few bites other places.  I've not actually seen the bed bugs.  Has anyone else dealt with this issue?  What do you find effective?

I've pulled out all the cushions and did a preliminary spray of the cushions with Sawyer's Permethrin spray, and sprayed the rat fur near the cushions.  Taken a lot of bedding to the laundromat and washed on high and dried with high heat.  But, I think I need to do more.  Should I completely empty out my Scamp? I'm at kind of a loss about what is best to do and paranoid about transporting bugs to my car, work place, etc. I see tiny white spots on the bottom of my shoes and wonder if those are bed bug eggs. I'm temporarily staying in another home and hope I only brought clean clothing/bedding and didn't bring bugs with me. Any help appreciated.

Exterminator Service

Contact an exterminator that specializes in bed bugs and have them come evaluate the situation. First, you need confirmation that is what you are dealing with. Second, if confirmed, you won't eliminate them without a proper treatment path.
