Hi folks. I still wnat to add a fridge to my 13 footer. Wha tis the largest 3 way anyone ahs installed? are you happy with it? I just can't make myself spend the money on the 12 volt compressor types so a traditional 3 way is most likely gong to be the best choice.

an economicol idea is smad you can get them off ebay or amazon. they make 2 sizes we went with the smaller. pretty easy hook up you will have to do some outwside venting.

We have an older 13 ft. with the Dometic RM2201 three way that has a small freezer which will make ice and will fit a carton of ice cream...too bad they don't make this model any more. But you might be able to find one at a place that repairs/refurbishes RV equipment. Here is Western Oregon we have Oregon RV Appliance Repair in Albany. I haven't tried because my fridge still works and I haven't needed to find another RM2201, but they would be the first place I'd go for assistance. So check to see if you can find one of these and install it in your Scamp. It really isn't that hard. Oh yeah, Dometic replaced this model with one that fits the same space but doesn't have the freezer and the freezer is nice to have. Riley
