Hello

I purchased a used 2013 Scamp and am getting familiar with what's standard and what the previous owners did (and why). Below the sink, at the bottom of the cabinet and below the refrigerator there were several screws and several holes where screws probably once were. However, there is nothing behind the cabinet at all and the existing screws just poke through to the other side. Can anyone advise a) if they should be there, what did they once attach to? (so I can correct it) or b) if they were place there for some unknown reason by the previous owner.
