We're getting our 13' Scamp in June 2021. We're curious about the drawer. Does it have dividers? Do you find it convenient? Useful? Do we need to get an insert?

13' Scamp Silverware Drawer?
You will need an insert, and yes, the drawer is useful. I suggest to buy a plastic insert after you get your hands on the Scamp, so you know the size you need. I already had an insert and trimmed it to fit. My layout has two drawers on the side where the stove and the sink are. The long one is between the stove and the sink, the short one is under the sink and is short only because the sink drain is behind it. Maybe that is why it is called "silverware" drawer.
It must feel like a long time till June.

The silverware drawer in my 16-ft Deluxe did not come with dividers. The drawer is long. I bought two rectangular bamboo drawer organizers at Bed, Bath, and Beyond, which match the birch woodwork well. They had about 6 different sizes for about $4-$6 each. I think that I bought 3 inches x 12 inches. I could tell you more exactly except Scamp is hibernating now. You can also buy ones made of plastic, metal, etc. I have seen them at other stores, too. I would wait until you get your Scamp to figure out what size you want. You might want one really long for knives or you might want a short one for misc stuff as well as one for silverware.
I have a new 13' with the wider bed. I also opted for the recessed stove. My drawer is 13" deep by 13.5" wide and a little over 2" high. I got a full silverware insert but then decided to just have a single one for all the silverware, ~3" wide so that I'd have the rest of the drawer for cooking utensils. I'm by myself so only need a limited amount of silverware.
