I bought a bag of rubber bands and used really small ones criss-crossed on the rod on both sides of the bracket. You really can't see them and they are easy to take off when the curtains eventually need washing.
Walmart sells some small plastic wire ties in the Hwd. section. Zip tie the rod in the holder, then use a set of small wire cutters if you ever want to remove the rod.
I've tried numerous methods, but the rubber bands is currently doing a good job. Think of yourself as on the space station, they tie everything down also. LOL This is not limited just to Scamps, we have friends with other trailers. same issue for many.
