Moderizing 19 ft Scamp support legs?

How do you modernize the front support legs of the 19 ft scamp so one does not have to crank so much by hand?

Atwood motor kit

Atwood sells a motor and switch kit. The last one I bought, I got from E bay for about $150. The cheapest way is to buy another crank handle, cut it off and use a good battery powered drill.

Eddie

I cost a little more now.

Landing Gear Kit

Lil better price on Amazon 5th Wheel Landing Gear Motor

I'm not seeing it right now, but sometimes you can find just the motor for about $160-180 and that gives you quite a bit excess to run a switch of your own making.

I like Eddie's cordless drill solution too, which is what I do for the stabilizers on the trailer.

I purchased a dual pack from

I purchased a dual pack from Ryobi at Home Depot, and the driver gun does a great job of raising the stabilizer jack.
