Have you tried the "SOI Help Desk" section?  Otherwise, I probably can't help as I haven't posted any here and usually have trouble on other sites.  One thing though, when you finally get it, you'll feel really proud of yourself!  I doubt you have a feeble mind.  So many news things to learn and we are adding them to many, many years of other things that we have learned.  Sure someone 1/2 my age appears to not forget as many things as I do but they only have 1/2 as much to remember.  Everything changes all the time.  Those machines you pay with at the checkout?  Every time I get so I can figure them out, they get a new batch.  Challenge is good for the brain, I guess.  Keep trying to post your pictures and I"ll be looking forward to seeing them.
