Ok, here is part two:
What options/features that are currently not offered on New Scamps that you would like to see. Should they make some features standard or keep and expand the options?

I would desire USB charge ports, as well as Internet capability. iPod plug ins for listening pleasure. TV installations, LED lighting throughout, Nicer wheels, mag wheels, better curtain colors (we fixed that), tinted windows, more storage capability, better power converters (we fixed that too).

Just replace your 115 duplex with this outlet and a decor cover.

Now that is very cool. May just have to do that.

I'd like to see Scamp offer a factory solar setup on all models.

1. I would like to see the deluxe have glassed in mounting points to eliminate the thru the shell rivets or screws.
2. Eliminate the "mouse hole"
3. Offer a choice of upgraded aluminum wheels
Agree heartily on the "mouse hole" for electric shore power. Worth the upgrade, even if the cost is bit higher.
Offering aluminum wheels would be pretty striking visually, but this creates stocking and handling for Scamp and they would appear to be rather set on doing what they do. Besides, sure as the world someone will get a trailer delivered with s smudge on one of their pretty alloy wheels and more headaches for the company. Just thinking from Eveland's possible point of view here.
Finally, the embedded wood versus through the hull fasteners. Well, Evelands has successful built them with rivets for over 4 decades so I don't think that's likely to change any time soon. They're not gonna fix what isn't broken. Trillium had many of these glass embedded wood pieces rot over the years, so it isn't a perfect solution. Today, the Escape is the major choice for those wishing to avoid the pimples on their fiberglass exterior. I wouldn't look for either Scamp or Casita to change their build methods in my lifetime. It's pretty "tried and true" and I don't believe either company has given change, in this regard, a single moments thought.
I called my local tire store I deal with and they are researching some aluminum mag type wheels for me for our Scamp. It will look just great, as the Scamp wheels tend to rust. They put my tires on last summer so installation will be free. I shall post a picture when I get them on.

We really like our 2015 Scamp with what it has and can't think of any big changes or new features to improve it. We did have some very bothersome issues with the quality of the trailer and of the workmanship. They need to address and adjust the attitudes of some of their work force. Get them to feel they are part of the big picture which could be a quality product. Solve this type of problem with the models they have before starting new models.
I ordered the USB outlets per the listing on this site. Also will install the PVC tube holding the drain hose as also shown on this Forum. Great ideas!
