Solar Suitcase

Well the good thing about the solar suitcase is that if you are not happy with the wire quality, you can rewire it.  The M4 connectors are easy enough to put on (just pay attention to the gender of the pins vs the gender of the housings and I do suggest not mixing brands of M4 connectors since they sometimes don't fit together so well if from different makers).  Or you can re-wire straight to the panel's box and forgo the M4 connectors

And if you are not happy with the controller, or it gets damaged in a rainstorm, it can be replaced by anyone who can follow simple directions.

My choice is to house the solar charge controller under the front bench of the Scamp and connect to the portable panel via a trolling motor plug and jack mounted in the Scamp.  See here.
