Has anyone done the 3" body lift? A kit is offered by Orbital Machine Works at www.perfectcasita.com and yes they make one for Scamp. I would be especially interested for converting to 15" wheels if the Scamp wheel well will accomodate a 15" wheel.

3" Body Lift
The Orbital kit is designed for trailers with bolt on brackets. Around 2010 is when Scamp started using the bolt on axle bracket. On earlier trailers you will have to cut off the old axle no matter what you do. The Dexter bolt on brackets cost about $50 if you use your old axle. If you have an older trailer and if you go to that much trouble you might as well replace the axle while doing this. If you order a new axle you can order it with 2" perches and on my S-19 I'm sure I could install 15" with no issue without ordering the lift kit.
