Camping in freezing weather

In what conditions should I start to worry about freezing weather causing damage to hoses and other components?  I've camped with the trailer still winterized when I knew I'd be in freezing weather all night long and part of the day.  Sometimes, I have freezing weather at home, but not where I'm camping so would like to use the plumbing.  Should I worry about it when I'll be in freezing temperatures for a few hours overnight?  Are there things I can do to keep vulnerable parts from freezing when I'm in freezing weather?

Freezing Temps

More info needed to determine. Do you have a bathroom with Black and Grey tanks or just kitchen sink/freshwater tank?

Rule of thumb is you can overnight into mid to high 20's if it is warming up above freezing next day. Sustained period below freezing you won't want to have the plumbing not winterized.

I do not have a bathroom just a sink, outdoor shower, and fresh water and gray water tanks.

Data point on freezing

I was camping in southern NM in February and using full hookups. Night temps were in the mid 30s. We had an unexpectedly cold night where my outdoor thermometer registered 26° as the low. The fresh water hose froze solid as did the water filter hanging at the fresh water inlet. I was worried about internal lines, especially those exposed in the fridge area with those open vents. But there was no damage. In the low humidity, higher altitudes in NM, temps change quickly and by early morning we were well above freezing. I offer this as simply a data point. I wouldn't intentionally do this again.
