Upset as my overhead vent easily opens from outside and have had someone through this enter my Scamp. My closet door was damaged and my carpet was urinated on. So many problem people it can be scary. Have to find a way to secure this vent.

Curious what you think are the causes, and how long has it been this way?
While Duluth is a great tourism city it is also the typical sea port. I have spent hours in the Lake Superior Railroad Museum and the view of Duluth and Superior is great from Enger Tower.
