While draining my 12 gallon fresh water tank, I noticed the rear strap appears to have broken/come loose, what does it take to replace/repair? Has anyone found a better option for securing the tank? How are the straps attached?

Strap on fresh water tank broken
Ours is just two pipe straps across the tank with wood block to keep it from moving around. the strap is just screwed to the floor.
