To save and post a thread, comment or reply there are two ways.
The very first button in the toolbar in the editor is the universal "save" symbol and clicking on it will save/post.
Second, is to scroll all the way down the page and you will see the "save" and "preview" button.

And it appears that when replying to a post the subject line does not autofill so the responder must fill in the topic subject.
I'm just getting a handle on using this forum.
