If you are speaking of the rear space between the bench seats Casita uses a slant board screwed to the floor angled to the back wall. The other option is to cover your wires and tubing with a strip of rat fur. It glues in place with hot glue and looks like your ceiling seams.
Long time lurker, first time caller. Thanks for posting this walkthrough. I'm planning on undertaking aoa reflooring today but I have a question. Did you lift out the freshwater container or cut around it? I also have a hot water heater on the other side and wiring that goes to the panel in the bench. Do you still think it's worth lifting the benches out or instead cutting around them?
Also fwiw my scamp has vinyl flooring not carpet which I'm planning on leaving in place.
I have redone 5 trailers flooring now with Allure, and have always lifted the front and rear benches and done wall to wall.
Cons are it is a bit more involved, but not much.
Pros are it's more professional looking when reselling the trailer, cleaner storage areas, better resistance to spills in storage areas with new floor surface throughout, no need to trim bench bases since floor goes through.
I've seen it done both ways and personally prefer a little extra time to do a thorough job.
Ok riddle me this...Any helpful tips to get a wrench on the backside of the fridge cabinet without removing the fridge? The back benches came out no problem, the front bench happened to be riveted at the bottom attachments and apparently thru-bolted to the refrigerator cabinet. Drilled out the rivets but now the nuts I can access just spin...
Ok figured out how to insert photos (i.e read the instructions)...the rivets near the floor just had the plastic button covers - these are stainless steel and I'm guessing 7/16" but have just tired a crescent wrench so far...thanks for the pro tips, we just got our Scamp last week!
Welcome to the world of Scamp. Scamp puts acorn nuts in the working end of pop rivets for trim, but I do not think that they would put one under there. please let us know what you find. If you open the outside cover from the refrigerator can you get to it?
Ok after some more digging around and internet searching, I do believe it is just an acorn nut over the rivet. Not stainless, but aluminum like the rivet. I'll report back but should be able to pop it off and drill it out.

I guess it doesn't need to be any more complicated than that. Thanks.

Hi Greg
Did you remove the front bench when you replaced the floors? Pros/cons to that? Thanks and amazing job and speed on your project!

A picture would help as there are a lot of Scamp designs. Can it be reached from the out side? Is it a small acorn nut on a rivet?
