checked on your trailers today greg and all is fine.... needed to go and pick mine up to install a furnace for Quartzsite in February. Working inside the trailer with the ac on was nice.
If you get freezing weather (Colorado)you best blow out your water lines, add rv anti freeze to your sink traps.Put some decon mouse poison on the floor.Bring in anything liquid that will freeze. I put moth balls in the outside frig access keeps wasp out in the spring ,also tape over the furnace ports.bring in the Battery. If the battery dies over time it will freeze and crack. This worked for me in Michigan for 30 years.

Yes, we plan on the RV center doing all the winterization for us. We then will take out all the cushions, bedding, and anything else a mouse may devour. We then have a device purchased at the RV center to ward off mice. We also got a desicant to keep moisture down. Battery will come out and go to recycle as we bought it just weeks ago and was told the battery was weak and old. In the spring, a new large battery for us.
By the way, we got screen covers for the vents on our trailer. Eas to install with springs and a hook at the end of the spring. They look nice and keep the mud dobbers and other flying things out of them. Good idea though on the moth balls on the rear of the fridge access.
When I put my scamp down for it's winter nap, I have heard the you need to raise the wheels off the ground or at lease raise the Scamp high enough to remove the pressure off the axle. I have a Scamp 13' and would like to know what that height is so I can get the proper stands.
Removing the Battery during long term storage will help prolong its life.

Paper items, such as TP and paper towels. Cloth items, like towels, washcloths and clothes. Mice love to use these products in making nests.
We also take out/bring inside the cushions and curtains.
