I recently bought a 1977 13' scamp. The original jalouise windows are pretty much trashed and unsalvageable. I would like to replace them with "modern" windows. I asked Scamp for advice on which of their windows I could use to replace them, but they said that none of them would work since the sizing is completely different now. Can anyone help me with information where I can get replacement windows. I don't mind if I need to make the openings larger. I also looked at Casita's site. They have windows listed, but no dimensions. As I said, going larger is not an issue, but you can't make an opening smaller.
I live in Portland Oregon, so if there is a company here that does this sort of thing.... please let me know.
You could call and ask what they have that might work. Have your hole dimensions ready and I think you will most likely have to enlarge some to hit a modern solution.

In years past the hole size was not the issue. The square corner cut out for the older windows was the issue. There should be some old posts on FGRV forum on glassing in the corners and re cutting the radius corners. http://www.fiberglassrv.com/forums/f55/13-scamp-jalousie-windows-43202.html

In "restoring" our '73 13' SCAMP, I could not find replacement windows. I was able to salvage the old frames, and rebuild the windows.
