We are planning to purchase a 13 foot Scamp next year, I'd like to find someone in our area (DFW) where we could see one. We actually live in Mesquite TX

13 and 16 foot Scamps in Dallas Area
Call Scamp and they will give you a list of folks in your area who are willing to show their Scamps.
Casita no longer has a 13' on their web site but i here if you ask they will still build one for you they are located in Rice, TX I still prefer a Scamp we did not need bathroom we like the extra couch for reading books plus we just love our Scamp.

I almost have to have a bathroom but I am not sure how valuable the shower will be if you are dry camping without hookups. I really hate sacrificing the sitting area.I really wish we could pull a 16 foot, but my Kia will only pull 1750 lbs.

We use a small green tent for a bathroom I call it a poop up tent LOL Ok not funny. But it is easy to set up and take down. Portta potty and hand shower works good.

We do the same as Duane when not close to "facilities". However, ours is called "The Cabana". Sounds just a little better than "Poop Tent".
