My husband and I are waiting ( not so patiently : ) ) for our 13' . Can anyone tell me if the inside diameter of the fresh water hose needs to be 1/2" or 5/8". I'm guessing the connectors are a universal size. Any info would be appreciated.
Thanks !
Hi Jane, exciting waiting on the build to be completed.
Most are 5/8, but the most important is that they are rated for safe drinking or potability.
I use one similar to this 25’ hose
I would also recommend a water pressure regulator to protect against campground spigots varied pressures.
Optional
I use a 90 Degree to relieve the pressure on the city connection.
In addition, I put a quick connect https://amzn.to/2BJ7D6S on the city water connection on the trailer and the 90 so I don’t have to keep threading the hose on and off the trailer connection at every campground.

Greg, thank you so much for all the information ! I already had most of what you mentioned in the "cart" on Amazon. I didn't think about the quick connect thing. What a great idea !! Any other tidbits on anything would be welcome. I've been learning so much by watching good old You Tube and reading these forums. Now if we could just get our Scamp ( due end of August -beginning of Sept ) . I'm trying to be patient !
