Just got back from the week at Quartzsite where I tested the Ranger II Blind Stove Black that I got to hook up to the new quick connect outlet on the trailer. This stove does come with a regulator hose, but changes over to a straight in Camco 57282 10' Propane Quick-Connect Hose in a cinch.
I wanted this stove because multiple reviews said it's one of the only camp stoves that will truly simmer. After a week of cooking Chorizo and egg burritos, etc. I have to testify that this is truly one of the best camp stoves I've ever owned. It really does simmer! I was fortunate that they had a warehouse open box deal that they sold me for $50 and prime ship, but I wouldn't hesitate to buy this at full price after using it.
I also converted my Weber Q to a low pressure quick connect hose and our Camco 58041 Portable Propane Campfire with Storage Bag to low pressure QC hose. Both worked better than they did on my propane bottle and tree I used to carry in the truck.
And now I will know exactly where to go and beg a breakfast burrito! I will look into that stove when we return home since I have been wanting to get something, all we have is alittle grill for outdoor steaks or burgers.

Thanks... This is very helpful as I shop for a camp stove. Can you post details of your quick connection setup? Did you have to make changes to the tank on the trailer?

Mine was a factory option on our Escape. However, it is not a difficult mod to add on any trailer. You can do a T connector at the tank (must be behind the regulator to be low pressure), or you can run a gas line underneath to whatever location you'd like. All the QC fittings etc. are readily available on Amazon or locally.
