The Westinghouse I gen 2500W,2200W running generator in now back in stock at the Sam's Club website.  It is on sale for $399 for a couple of days. The reviews are good and it is suppose to be quiet (52DB).  It appears to be a small frame generator and should have enough power to run most RV air conditioners. Do your own research I have no experience with this generator but I am going to give it a try. It had been out of stock for quite a while.
