Water leak 2015 13

I have a 2015 13'.   It appears that water is leaking out of the cold water tank. I filled the tank and it leaked. Yes, I winterized it by following the instructions in the manual. The first winter I had no problems, but this year something is obviously not right.  I filled up the tank with my hose at home and also  when I hook up to city water I get the same result, leaking water at the back of my trailer underneath the main tank.
Also, the water pump started making strange noises. It continued even though I shut off the city water and I was still getting a leak under the tank.  I'm not sure what to look for and I will most likely have to call the mobile rv guys to have a look, however, I want to have a little bit of intelligence around my questions to them.
The sink was also slow to hose so I followed the pipe and 'someone I know' had put a bungee cord around it and apparently it it caused a blockage. I think I need to replace the hose because I was unable to unkink the hose. Also there is some green gunk that is visible in the hose and I can't seem to flush it out because of the kink that seems to be permanent.
Any ideas about next steps will be greatly appreciated.
Thanks!

Water

Is the water inside the trailer or just outside.

Outside: Is the tank drain valve shut? If you over filled the tank water will come out the water tank vent line. Both will be on the ground under the tank. City water will overfill your water tank if you have a bad check valve in your pump and water will come out the vent.

Inside: Inspect plumbing and pump with light for leaks.

You can try putting a metal hose clamp (stainless, screw tightening hose clamp) on the kink it might hold the kink open. If you have to replace the hose, cut the old hose off the hose barbs. The barbs can get brittle and break if you pull on them. Don't worry about the stuff growing in the hose it's a drain line. When replacing the hose get the hose with fiber threads in it, the clear hose tend to kink..
