I just purchased a Scamp, and taking it on its maiden voyage soon. I would like to keep my cooler and camp stove in the trailer while traveling, but I'm guessing it will bounce around too much.

Has anyone tried installing tie down rails or D rings in the floor to secure cargo? Might not be pretty, but if flush they could be covered by a rug. Are there any other suggestions for securing heavier cargo in the trailer?
