Replacing Side Light

Haven't found a reference for replacing the side light in my 1980 16ft Scamp. The part that holds the lightbulb broke off. Help?

Replacing side light

I don't know if this will work for your broken light, but for a regular broken bulb cut a potato in half, push it onto the broken glass and turn the potato.  Good luck!

Porch Light

Not sure if you are referring to the external porch light or internal light.

External RV Porch Lights  Pretty much the rectangular or oval fixtures can be a direct replacement (4 rivets/white and black wire). I'd recommend LED and the ones with the interchangeable orange lens are nice.

Marker Light?

If you mean the red or amber marker light? You can get the complete fixture from Scamp or many truck stops and farm/barn stores. It may not be an exact match but any will work. Scamp changed style in the early 1980s. They currently use Bargman, very common.

Side Lights

These are readily available--in various styles--at Camping World and other RV outlets.  I have replaced them--front and rear--on our 40+ year old Scamp several times. In the latest rebuild, I replaced the (original Scamp) rectangular shape with a more rounded style (to coordinate better with the rounded profile of the Scamp body.).
