refrigerator replacement

New Scamp owner (2002 16ft) with a bad refrigerator. Current fridges is the rm2410 4 cuft model. Was wondering how difficult it is to replace and weather to downsize to the 1.9.cuft model. Consider myself to be quite handy and willing to try anything. Just got back from 1st trip of 2700 mi and no real problems. looking to make more improvements.

Refrigerator

Just me personally, I wouldn't downsize a fridge that I had room for.  We always wanted a bigger fridge when we had the 1.9 cu in the 13 and now that we have the bigger one in the Escape I wouldn't want the 1.9 again unless it was for the 13 Scamp.

Really not a difficult job to replace the fridge.  Hardest thing is locating all the screws that attach it and the pulling it out is a bit of work but nothing major.  Electrical should just plug into an outlet on the back and propane is simple attachment.  Just make sure you soap test the propane connections.  If it is a 3 way the 12 volt hookup is simple as well.
