When Lilly and I made our last change to our 2016 13' Scamp, we ask then to delete the front window and they did. On our 1998 13' we had never removed the rock shield. We feel that all we lost was a potential leak and a wash mitt catcher. Maybe I can attach another photo.

No Front Window!
Damn, I wish I would have thought of that. I have a 2015 and leave the gravel shield on. The window doesn't open anyway. No front window would make the trailer stronger.
We love our front window!! Take the gravel shield off as often as we can. Makes our 13 footer seem more roomy and airy.
We have a small crank out window up front in the shower, and love it! We open it slightly while using the shower and works out great!
