Our favorite is Canyonland http://moabrvresorts.com/canyonlands/ due to its convenient location in the center of town. Love to setup and be able to walk to everything in town. Must have breakfast in the original jailhouse.
The KOA is real nice as well but is to far from town for walking.
Moan is loaded with BLM sites if one wishes to boondock.
The campgrounds in arches natl park are good as well, but we really enjoy the being in town after the day exploring. Good white water trips there as well. One raft trip goes by the grave of the original Marlboro Man and many of the Hollywood movie landscapes.
Only about three hours away is Glenwood Springs, CO and the worlds largest hot spring pools. A very special place!
We have spent a good bit of time in Moab.
