My name is Mary and last month I completed my order for a 16' Scamp. I should have it by the end of March. I live off the Blue Ridge in Laurel Fork, Va. I have many questions and am not sure where to post them so I will start posting them here.
I just ordered a carport 12' wide x 21' long x 6' height (poles) The top adds a foot making the height 7' and the top is 8' in the middle. Do you think I need to add another foot to the height?
How do I find out about the location of future events? I did see the calendar but not the description or location.

Va. does not have many meets. There is a meet in April in Towsend Tn. There is a meet in the Outer banks the first week of Oct. then there is a meet in Cheorkee NC the second week of Oct. You need to check out Fiberglass RV and the Casita Forum for more meet info. There is usually a short notice meet near Roanoke in the early fall. You do have quite a few nice COE campgrounds in your area.
Carport: I would go to 9 ft If you get A/C or if you put a Vent cover or TV antenna on top.
