We are in line to purchase a new 13ft Scamp next summer, but we have not yet had the opportunity to see one in person. They are surprisingly hard to find here in Northern California! If you live within an hour or so of San Jose, CA and would be willing to let us (myself, my husband and our two little ones) check out your 13ft Scamp (preferably layout 1) to make sure it is the right fit for us, we would be very grateful!

I have been looking over the SOI Member Directory and notice a dozen or so 13’ Scamps located in our Central Valley/Coastal Region locations. There is one person in San Jose with a 2014 13’ Scamp. Several are located in and around the Sacramento area. Others are located on coastal California from Santa Rosa, San Mateo on the north to Morro Bay on the south.
There are also a number of 16’ and 19’ 5er Scamps “lurking” in this same area.
I think most people would be glad to show off their egg. Be looking for a post on this forum, or you might expect a Personal Message (PM) from someone. Good luck on your search.
I'm one of those in and around the Sacramento area. About 2.5 hours from SJ without traffic. PM me if you don't find anyone closer and want to take a drive to Rocklin ;-). I have a 1996 13' with front bunks, standard dinette/rear bed

Scamp has a list of people who will show their camper. At one time the person showing got a check if the showing resulted in a sale. I guess they still have the program.
