Congrats on your nearly-new Egg!  We have a 13 ft, and after "camping" in a full-size motor home and then a fifth wheel, packing was a learning curve.  I am quite pleased with how much we can cram into our little Scamp, and you will be too.  We had extras to pack last weekend also, our first really cold-weather trip--extra blankets, a heater, and extra clothing (low 30s at night).  You can buy RV cupboard wire cupboard dividers to keep everything from sliding back and forth.  Repack coffee, etc. in smaller containers--I love all the sizes of the reusable plastic containers.  Use dishtowels to cushion coffee cups or other breakables.  I stow our water jug (we don't use the sink or stove) under the dinette, along with the outdoor rugs.  We also bought a big Rubbermaid-type tote for our awning, outdoor chairs, some of the bedding, and our little grill.  We put that in the back of our tow vehicle.  Think small in terms of cookware--lightweight spatterware from camping supply stores work great.  We have our little 4-cup coffee maker, perfect.  It even has a stainless pot so we don't have to worry about it breaking.  Have fun!
