From the picture the axle appears fine, but there are a lot of variables.
Check the top of the wheel wells and see if you have any rub marks on the fiberglass where the wheel will make contact when it bottoms out on a worn axle. Place your clenched fist vertically on the top of the tire and see if you have clearance above the fist to the bottom of the well.
One item that may not be apparent from the pic is if your axle was replaced at any point and was ordered with a large down angle, then it may have lost a good bit of that angle but without knowing that info wouldn’t be able to tell.
Just had my axle replace by Little Custom House in East Texas. Scamp 13' 1982, never replaced. Raise the scamp 4.5 inches. Added 10" brakes also. They did a great job. Lary amd Mike are professional people.
