Scamp installs 22.5 deg. up axles on the rear facing torsion arm S-13 trailers now. On the older S-13 foreward facing torsion arm trailers Scamp installed a 22.5 deg. down replacement axle on one I had them replace the axle on. This info. applies to the S-13 only.
