There are several things I like about the update done.  That storage area on the back looks really nice and like it belonged there in the first place.  I guess that would be "glassed" on.  I do wonder about the bars on the windows though and am guessing that he may have boondocked and added those for security, maybe.  The price tag is high enough that I think it will really need to strike someone with a particular taste.  I know we have moved in 3 or 4 "fixer-upper" houses and you always have to be careful not to put more money into something than it is worth unless you have the money and don't mind not being able to recover it in a sale.

I have seen a lot of low budget mods that look really good and the creativity makes them "yours".  So much better than the stick ones that I have seen people attempt to mod as some were beyond words.  I saw a Scamp 5th wheel that had changed out the cabinet doors with really nice ones and the difference was remarkable.
