Hi All: Didn't think this would be an issue (time) but there is a CT scan also scheduled for tomorrow afternoon, and we have arranged to be at Evelands at 8. Should be an easy hook up with the towing package we have in place. You thoughts on how many hours they spend with you. It's a 16'. Thank you. Barb

Amount of time to allot for pickup and operational info at time of delivery
We took about 2 hours including paperwork. That included them fixing a few small items like a light switch. You could easily do it in less time, but we went a bit slow and i wanted to be sure we knew how to light hot water heater and such.
Hope all goes well with the pickup and scan.

Ken/Ellen: Thank you for the quick response. I wanted to spent plenty of time there with my questions. Even after watching some of the videos, that generated more. When son who was going along to see the factory tour mentioned the need to return by a designated time for a medical test, I gave serious thought to rescheduling. :-(. But if it doesn't go beyond 2.5 hours, we are in the pink. Thank you so much. Barb and John
