2018 Scamp 13’ – Layout 1 For Sale $14,000

Greetings,

I'm located in the DFW Area: North Dallas, TX, zip code: 75009.

For some reason, I cannot get the photos to attach to this website. There is a cross posting here: https://www.facebook.com/marketplace/item/2880501002287899

Introduction:
1. I bought this Scamp in 2024. I'm the 2nd owner. This is the bunk version, no bathroom.
2. The scamp has always been covered. Never parked in the weather.
3. We used it only once (we upgraded to something bigger, so we don't need it anymore). The scamp is definitely a gateway drug.
4. Clean title in hand, never had a loan on it.
5. No personal checks, no cash. We can do bank/cashiers checks, wire transfers, venmo, paypal, zelle, etc. Whatever works for you.

Pre-existing features:
1. Electric fan
2. This is the bunk bed version. Beds on both sides. Seat converts to a bunk bed.
2. That's about it. No bathroom, no Roof-top A/C. No furnace. No fridge. It's kind of a tent on wheels.

But I added a lot of conveniences below.

Upgrades (by me, not factory):
1. New 2024 wheels and tires (2 years old, but never used).
2. New Small lithium battery and lithium charger moved inside off the tongue.
3. New Upgraded D/C wiring throughout, new outlets, new DC phone chargers, new cigarette outlets, new battery voltage readout.
4. New Additional LED lights added
5. New Electric jack added
6. New Storage box added to front tongue
7. There's a port-a-potty in the storage compartment. We can just throw it away if you don't want it.

What's wrong with it?
1. The original owner lost the closet door. No big deal. Closet is still a closet.
2. There was a "fake" ice box that came with the unit from the factory. I took that out. I still have it, but it was kind of silly because it took away from the available storage space. The unit never had a fridge, and I'm honestly confused why Scamp even bothered putting an ice box in the unit that is not a real refrigerator. It's honestly kind of confusing.
3. The unit original came with a gas stove and a propane tank. I disconnected it and removed and replace the front propane tank with a very large storage box. Storage is quite the luxury on this unit and every bit of storage you can find is useful. I no longer have the stove, I threw it away. So, it gives you additional counter-top space.

Bonus Upgrade: I added an eco-flow "wave 2" portable air conditioner inside the unit. You may or may not like it. If you don't want it, I'll drop the price by $1000 from the Scamp and keep it.
The portable A/C takes up quite a lot of counter-top space, but it works really well. It even heats too! Which is quite unusual for an air conditioner. It also comes with a battery pack that can be recharged from solar.
