Scamp 13' , 2008 model,

Has following features: heater, air conditioner, microwave, 2 burner LP Stove, small refrigerator,  25" TV ,no rotten panels, refurbished thru out. Has commode but no shower, window coverings, tires are in good condition. The unit has been covered for the last 8 years in garage or tarp, current tarp included along with most accessories needed to be used,(sewer line, wheel lock, hitch lock, towel rack, organizer in closet,

fire alarm etc.

I need to find out a fair market value for the unit. We are  prepared to sell but want to determine a fair price. Ebay is no help nor NADA, Camping World. Any suggestions would be helpful.
