Just wondering why Scamp parts has never heard of the USPS,I need the updated door brass bushing,$12.00 to redo both hinges ,then over $19.00 to ship.
That is a little bit of an over charge I think,appears they don`t care if their trailers stay on the road or not.
Just needed to vent a little bit.

They're notorious for poor shipping fees. I've found that if I call parts and get someone on the line and go "Come on guys" they usually find a better option for me, but I haven't ordered parts in a long time from them.

First don't use the Scamp website they just add the shipping charges to each item. Go over your trailer and get a list of things you need and order them all at once. They usually charge the same to ship one or ten items if you call them. Scamp parts prices themselves are usually reasonable and they carry most anything you need. It saves a lot of time running around town because CW and most newer RV stores don't carry the smaller trailer parts.
Scamp usually gets the parts out right away. Casitas shipping charges are not much better and they are usually slower shipping the parts and Escape's shipping starts a $25. Little House Customs (LHC) (Casita Shop) has the best shipping prices and service for fiberglass trailer parts if the have what you need. I am over 50 mi. from just a small RV dealer. I have Amazon Prime so most general RV parts I buy from Amazon. CW has good sale prices but $100 min. free shipping is their killer and it always takes a long time to get parts from them.

i was in busineness a long time i had to watch cos. as this is a profit center for many of them. Yes complain ups and ever usps are reasonable. i would kick on a 19.00 charge check it out and make them give you a credit!
