Its an 82 in great condition and couldn't be happier. I already ripped out the old rug and cleaned the ensolite and prepped for paint, I was thinking of caulking the joints instead of tape, but I do have a question; The round table leg base, its put in with flat head screws and they wont come out. I'm wondering if its through bolted into the floor, I'd look but its raining.
