The table converts to a bed, there are two choices in size? What is the difference and what effect to they have to the layout?

The table is smaller and the add 10 inches is taken from the counter at the stove and sink and the other side, the closet.
I got the 54" bed and you do lose some storage. I'm glad I got the larger bed, and I ordered some extra cabinets to mitigate the loss of storage.
We had the 54in bed in our 2015 13 ft Scamp and it was very comfortable for us,I did not miss the extra counter space as much as we enjoyed the extra room in the bed.We had gotten the sink cover and the stove cover so I used them for counter space
