Does anyone know if I can still get seat covers and cushions for a 1988 Scamp ? From my understanding it looks as if Scamp did some changes in 2006 regarding the seat covers and cushions has anyone else had to deal with this issue ?

There is a phone # only for a Boler Seat covers on the resources @ fiberglass-rv-4sale she also makes other brands including Scamp. She has been listed for years and we've never had anyone send us a problem or complaint.
I'd call the Scamp Parts and ask. I bought a full cushion set for my 1981- 13 somewhere in that timeframe from them.
I also have a good foam source if you want to order new foam and cut it.

Our '74 SCAMP orginally featured red, white and blue plaid upholstery...which against the white "elephant hide" insulation made for a bright, cheerful...as well as patriotic...interior!
