SOI Forum

Very glad to see this happen.. Yahoo! Groups has recently made changes to their groups fromat, that makes it almost unworkable... perhaps this forum will prove to be more workable, and attract the people that, like me, find the new Yahoo! Groups format almost unworkable.

scamping is fun

Hi LW great to have you

Hi LW great to have you onboard.

We hope to make the new Scamp Owners International website an awesome place for the members to get information and help with their molded fiberglass trailers.  The people are what make SOI, and the folks here are a great group.

We look forward to meeting you and all the SOI members in the years ahead.

Keep on Scamping!

New Scamp

Greetings!

So glad to see this forum is available for Scamp users. My 16' Scamp is on its way to me. It is now cruising the Alaska inside passage via the barge. It should arrive sometime this week.

I am very excited to be a part of the fiberglass/Scamp community!

Thanks!

:-) Juanita

Small world!

Wow....I can't believe your daughter has my same name!  I have heard of a few others but, interestingly, they all seem to spell it differently.  Small world!

Wow an Alaskan Scamper,

Wow an Alaskan Scamper, Welcome!  We'd love to have you write up some Alaskan adventures for the travel corner once you get her off the boat and ready to go.  Can you use it over the winter months or do you have to wait for the thaw?

Once again welcome and glad ur here.

Hi Everybody,

I just joined this forum and think it will be a lot of fun. I currently own a casita and have been working and enjoying these fiberglass eggs since 2005 and may be able to contribute some of my knowledge to this forum.

Our first Scamp was a basic (bear bones) purchased in the 70's & delivered to our home for $1995. In Nov. of last year I purchased a new Casita DLX 17' , now sold (sale pending) waiting for new buyers transport company to pick up. I really liked the Casita, but the wife not so much ....... I ordered, had the Casita delivered which was a complete surprise to my wife (she never new). To make a long story short, I agreed to (a deal was made) start looking for a decent size motor home for both of us (her idea) to take long trips in. I get to buy a new 13' Deluxe Scamp (my deal)  to be used, go where ever (wife not to be present) I want . Well that sums up last years screw up on my part & Iam still maried (42 Yrs)heart. The best part is, she (my wife) now thinks she is still the boss but we all know who really got the better dealwink
