This was our rebuild video of our 1981 13 Scamp
Our 13 Scamp Travel Trailer now has a new owner in the Grand Canyon, AZ area. Scamp travels a lot with her new owner and writes home often.
The rebuild was the major renovations needed to get it back on the road in style. We enjoyed traveling in Scamp for years! As I get time, I'll post the additional modifications we added during those years here as well.
MANY thanks, Greg! We are beyond the half-way point in restoring our 13' 1974 Scamp; we hope to finish before May 2014.
Greg I can't get your video to play on my computer do you have the video on you tube by any chance ?

Steve,
Sorry, good suggestion that was a very old video. I've setup a SOI youtube channel that I can post these to now and the 1981 rebuild video is up now at Scamp Owners International YouTube Channel.

Hi Greg, I have a window a.c. unit for the side window that was removed by previous owner. How did you securely install yours? Not sure if I want to travel with it in but if I don't I would still have to have some sort of removable window.
What product do you recommend to reseal the exterior shell of my 87 Scamp? It's looking pretty dull these days
Thanks
John T.
i don't think you need to reseal it, just get some heavy duty marine fiberglass cleaner and wax and give it a good wash and wax, should clean right up.
