SPARE WHEEL COVER, DISMAL. HOW TO CLEAN

Have the original spare wheel cover for a Scamp 4 years old. White is looking grime. Any suggestions on how or cleaner to restore would be appreciated.  Thank you!

Sadly

If the white vinyl has yellowed or turned slightly tan/brown. there is nothing you can do. The rubber color has stained the white vinyl from the inside anywhere it touched.   We ordered a new one and wrapped the tire in thin white closed cell packing foam material to stop this.

Thank you!

I have scrubbed on mine with various products over the years, I think Clorox Cleanup worked best.  Thank you for your post, it reminded me to finally order a new one!  Ha ha, the Sasquatch decal lasted longer than the Scamp logo.  I will have to get a new Squatch now too!  The covers are on sale at Scamp right now for $18.50...shipping is $15.00.

Custom Tire Covers

Personally, never been much for advertising for mfgr's and immediately remove all dealer stuff from my vehicles.

If you get a darker color they will last and look better longer than white. I usually buy mine from here:
