I just noticed that the tires now used by Scamp are D-rated. The 2015 brochure still says the tires are load range C. When did they change and why? Anybody knows? (Speculation on my part: the Scamps are getting heavier and/or they want to increase the safety margins.)

Scamp tire load range
I think it was one of the changes for the 2017 line. (Ours had the "D" rated tires when we picked ours up from the factory this past spring.) They also started using the MaxxAir multi-speed fans and changed to LED reading lights. (All other lights remained incandescent bulbs.)
My 2018 13' came with Load D radial trailer tires, the pressure decal above the wheel well says to keep them inflated at max PSI - 68PSI. Seems high for such a light weight trailer, I have double the load capacity in the tires. Would love to run them at 50 or so for a better ride, but I've read more about keeping trailer tires inflated to MAX vs otherwise, so 68PSI it is...
