So, we are seriously trying to make a decision now and both stick and molded fiberglass are in the running.  I asked if anyone on another forum had experience with both and one topic did come up that was interesting and that is the "flexing" of the body.  Now, I have noticed it the most in the fiberglass sided stick built where it pulls apart and I never really thought about it being due to "flexing" but that makes sense.  So, I was thinking that a molded fiberglass would have the "flexing" at the outside seam.  Does this make sense?  It doesn't seem like it would be the issue that it is with stick built since generally, once it starts to separate, it is just bad because it is sort of falling apart in layers especially when it is that bonded fiberglass, insulation and wall board, delamination and have seen it even on the high end units.  So, I see that as a huge plus of the molded fiberglass maybe justifiying a higher price.  I just needed the refresher course in the cons of stickbuilt.

I think the biggest issue for many of the people when it comes to purchasing a molded fiberglass trailer is "location, location, location".  EggCamper is built an hour or two from where I grew up about the same mileage from us as Casita and Scamp.  Central US is like being in the middle of no where.
