The dates for the 13th Annual Oregon Coast Gathering held at Bullard's Beach State Park in Bandon, Oregon will be July 16th thru 19th

The gathering will have some changes for 2015 as we will be getting back to the basics and a lot will be done online, such as online rosters, agendas, signs, name tags, stc.
There will be no permits purchased from the Oregon State Parks as in previous years so no PA system or Megaphone for any get togethers.
Since there will be no need for permits etc, no need for money donations
There will be a "Meet & Greet/Snacks" get together at the West Pavilion/Shelter (on the beach road) late afternoon on Thursday.
Trailer tours will still be held on Saturday.
The potluck will be held at the West Pavilion/Shelter (on the beach road) on Saturday evening.
There will be no "giveaways" so no item donations are needed
There will be no registration "booth" as this will all be done online so volunteer folks sitting around waiting for others to show up and check in will be eliminated
Any participant that wants to can hold a "workshop" (a workshop being about LED's, Brakes, Photography, newbie trailering, etc) or "event" (an event being hot dog roast, meet & greet, games, smores etc) of their choosing in their own site which will be published in an online agenda in late June 2015
The registration will still be done here online and the map will be kept up to date of "who is coming"

This will be a "Come when you want and leave when you want gathering of molded fiberglass trailers" with a more "Laid Back" approach! (some come as early as two weeks, one week, a few days and some stay a few days after)

So, be thinking about what workshop, demonstration or event you would like to host (on Thursday or Friday) in your site as you have plenty of time to think about it!
